This beautiful yet traditional side by side boxlock is a fine example true London craftsmanship. The 25” fixed 1/2 and Cyl choked barrels come into their own on those fast snap shooting days, whether it’s walked up grouse or the agile snipe. It really does deserve to be broken over the arm of a true British gent once again. This 1931 example is in fantastic working order complete with ejector and a Churchill-style raised sighted rib, and with the strong name of Watson Bros behind it and wonderful wall thickness, the boxlock still has many years of sporting ahead.
